Konbet - a compressed filigree ceiling system Konbet S-Panel

A complete prefabricated product that combines the advantages of a ceiling in the panel-type ceiling and a classic filigree-type ceiling, but in a compressed version. The Konbet S-Panel ceiling is a pre-stressed concrete slab, composed of a prefabricated slab element with T-shaped stiffening ribs protruding above the upper surface of the prefabricated element, a lightweight concrete layer (foam concrete) integrated with the construction slab and a concrete topping laid on the site. Through the use of specially arranged T-ribs, the entire structure has been strengthened, and by filling the center of the panel with foam concrete, it is possible to keep the ceiling light, which in turn means greater load-bearing capacity, greater spans, simplicity of installation and higher thermal insulation. Quick installation allows you to achieve up to 50% less concrete overlay.

Application

SBN prestressed concrete lintels are characterized by high functionality and easy assembly. They are used as closing elements for window and door openings in the construction of walls, but also in the case of vaults, openings in door partition walls. SBN lintels eliminate the need to pour beams, speeding up the construction process.

Ring beams (shuttering blocks) are an element system in the formwork of a lowered rim. It includes elements that allow one-sided and two-sided support of the ceiling in the case of internal and external walls (L, C or U type). The use of fittings will eliminate additional construction works related to formwork, which facilitates and speeds up the work. Due to their different surface, they ensure even load distribution and improve the aesthetics of the rim.
