The base of the ceiling is a thin prefabricated reinforced concrete slab, 60 cm wide and 4 cm thick, with partially concreted spatial trusses and the main reinforcement parallel to the truss direction . On its upper surface there is a layer that strengthens the connections between individual elements and increases the adhesion of structural concrete. This type of ceiling is used in small and large single-family houses, multi-storey apartment blocks, semi-detached houses and terraced houses.

Application

SBN prestressed concrete lintels are characterized by high functionality and easy assembly. They are used as closing elements for window and door openings in the construction of walls, but also in the case of vaults, openings in door partition walls. SBN lintels eliminate the need to pour beams, speeding up the construction process.

Ring beams (shuttering blocks) are an element system in the formwork of a lowered rim. It includes elements that allow one-sided and two-sided support of the ceiling in the case of internal and external walls (L, C or U type). The use of fittings will eliminate additional construction works related to formwork, which facilitates and speeds up the work. Due to their different surface, they ensure even load distribution and improve the aesthetics of the rim.
