Products description

Three-layer chimney system with stabilization ceramic channel in the form of chimney wool in plates, which is intended for cooperation with heating devices for solid, liquid (heating oil) and solid fuels (including wood, fine coal, pellets) . Thanks to special cuts, it is possible to shape the insulation around the internal ceramic channel.

  • internal channels made of chamotte ceramics pressed under pressure, fired at 1200 C with a compressive strength of 25 MPa
  • hollow bricks made of aggregate concrete in the vibropress technology with a density of 1150 kg / m (Pv36)
  • working temperature from 80 C to 400 C
  • resistance to soot fire (thermal shock 1000 C in 30 min)
  • work in negative pressure (N1)
  • acid resistance
  • resistance to work in humid conditions
  • distance from flammable elements 50 mm
  • for indoor and outdoor use
  • easy and quick assembly

Possibility of chimney operation with low-temperature boilers (flue gas temperature <200 C) and solid fuel boilers, where the flue gas temperature is much higher - with the use of a condensate drainage element and ceramic fittings resistant to humid conditions.
