Sika - Sikaflex TS Plus tank and silo sealing material

Sealing polyurethane material that binds when exposed to moisture in the air. It provides a waterproof seal with good mechanical properties, is resistant to liquid slurry, chemicals and remains flexible over a wide temperature range.

Application

The product is used for sealing tanks in steel folded sections, such as enameled steel or stainless steel tanks, and for sealing systems in sewers. For indoor and outdoor use.

• temperature of use: dry conditions from -40 C to +70 C; wet conditions ≤ 40 C in moving joints ≤ 55 C * in sealing overlap in bolted sections in steel tanks
• drainage (profile 20 mm, 50 C) 0 mm (according to PN-EN ISO 7390)
• substrate and ambient temperature during application from +5 C to +40 C
• curing speed (at +23 C and 50% relative humidity) approx. 2 mm / 24 h (according to CQP * 049-2)
• application time (at +23 C and 50% relative humidity) approx. 5 h (CQP 019-1)
• storage conditions: the product should be stored in factory-closed, undamaged, tight packaging, in appropriate conditions; it is best to use it within 12 months from the production date, store in dry conditions at a temperature between +5 C and +25 C
• packaging - 600 ml foil packages (20 foil packages per box)
