Products description

Sika Injection-101 RC is a two-component, water-reactive, low-viscosity polyurethane injection foam that forms a tight, flexible foam with a fine cell structure when cured. It is used for temporary sealing of cracks, gaps and voids in concrete, brick and natural stone. To obtain a permanent seal, an additional injection of Sika Injection-201 or Sika Injection-203 is required.

  • onset of swelling ~ 15 s (from contact with water), end of swelling ~ 67 s - according to PN-EN 14406 at 20 C
  • ambient temperature at application from +5 C to +35 C
  • substrate temperature during application from +5 C to +35 C
  • storage time material stored in original, undamaged packaging, stored in proper conditions, it is best to use within 24 months from the date of production
  • storage conditions, store the material in its original, undamaged packaging, in a cool and dry atmosphere, at temperatures from +5 C to +35 C; protect against sunlight and moisture
  • 22.5 kg kit: component A 10 kg, component B 12.5 kg
