The Stabil system is a three-layer insulated chimney system designed for removing dry flue gases from heating devices for solid fuels.

Building

The Schiedel Stabil chimney system consists of ceramic pipes, mineral wool cover and a housing made of lightweight concrete. Chimney blocks are made of expanded clay concrete with a density of 1150 kg / m 3 and combined with cement-lime mortar. Holes in the corners of the block, if necessary, allow the introduction of steel reinforcing bars, fixing the entire outer structure.

STABIL

Internal profiles are made of ceramics fired at 1200 C with a density of 2100 kg / m 3 and a compressive strength of 25 MPa. They are characterized by high temperature resistance and a smooth surface.
