The Schiedel Rondo Plus system is a three-layer chimney system for all types of fuel. It is used for heating devices with both low and high temperatures, gas in the outlet, in particular, it is recommended for boilers in central heating, fireplace with a water jacket and for heating devices up to 600 C.

Building

The Schiedel Rondo Plus chimney system consists of internal profiles made of mineral wool insulation, technical ceramics and a housing made of expanded clay concrete. Internal profiles are made of ceramics fired at 1200 C with a density of 2100 kg / m 3 and a compressive strength of 25 MPa. They are characterized by resistance to high temperatures, corrosive agents and a smooth surface.

The block with a modular height of 33 cm is made of lightweight concrete with a density of 1050 kg / m 3 and strength> 3 MPa. The insulation board r evenly adheres to the inner pipe, which guarantees the conditions of thermal insulation of the chimney corresponding to groups I and II of heat conduction.
