Products description

Preparation and usage:

Mix with water until a homogeneous mass is obtained in the proportion of 3.5 liters of water per 25 kg of dry matter. The mortar can be mixed directly and maintains its functional properties for 1 hour. After laying, the mortar is spread between leveled slats using patches with diagonal movements, collecting excess. It is recommended to use vibrating patches. After 3-4 hours, the floor surface should be smeared and smoothed with floats. R evenly made floor thickness should not be less than 2.5 cm and more than 5 cm. Work should be carried out at a temperature from +5 C to +25 C. Protect fresh floor from excessive drying by spraying with water and covering with foil. Under favorable thermal conditions, the undercoat has sufficient load-bearing capacity for walking after 24 hours, and the required service load after 14 days.
Consumption: The average consumption of IZOLBET ZP-cM20 flooring mortar is approximately 100 kg (4 bags) per 1 m of floor screed at a layer thickness of 50mm. Consumption may vary depending on the degree of unevenness of the substrate,
