The product does not contain any hydrophobic additives, such as silicon-methane and silicone resins. During the reaction, a droplet effect may appear on the surface being made, which is not related to the hydrophobic effect itself.

Products description

Product based on silicic acid ethyl ester. After the capillary system is used, the building material absorbs this product, transporting it to deeper zones. With the aid of a neutral catalyst, the silicic acid ethyl ester reacts with the atmospheric humidity, suitably with the water absorbed by the capillary walls. The product has no hydrophobic additives, such as silicon-methane and silicone resins. During the reaction, a droplet effect may appear on the surface made, which is not related to the hydrophobic effect itself.

Application

The product is mainly used for restoration of stucco, natural stones or frescoes damaged by weather conditions. In addition, it can be used to strengthen other materials, such as terracotta or brick. It is suitable for all mineral and absorbent building materials which, after saturation with them, regain their original porosity and hardness.
