Products description

Maxbeton is a quick-setting, shrink-free hydraulic mortar for repairing water-conducting defects under low pressure. It is available as a one-component product, to be mixed only with water.

  • pH 11.5
  • mixing water (up to weight) 20-21%
  • apparent mortar density 2.10 g / cm 3
  • mixing time (at +20 C) 4-5 min
  • setting time (at +20 C) 7-10 min
  • time between coats (at +20 C) 5-6 min
  • frost resistance tested after 200 freezing and thawing cycles (according to IBDiM No. PB / TM-1/12 procedure): weight loss up to 5%; decrease in bending strength up to 20%; decrease in compressive strength by up to 20%
  • adhesion to the substrate, pull-off method, 1.68 MPa after frost resistance test
  • fresh mortar consistency 10-12 cm
  • consumption approximately 1.8 kg / l
  • approximate filling after 1 kg of the product is consumed 0.55 l

Maxbeton is an expansive mortar - the volume increases during setting. It does not contain chloride and does not cause corrosion.
