Products description

BE 901 Plus is a priming material for KMB masses, and can be used as a thin-layer waterproofing bituminous insulation, protecting the underground parts of buildings. It is characterized by high resistance to aggressive agents according to DIN 4030.

  • shelf life - 12 months in original sealed packaging

  • temperature resistance - 20 C to + 80 C
  • drying time to resume work:
    • in use as a primer diluted with water (1: 5 to 1: 10) - immediately after drying
    • used as a primer undiluted after full drying (≥ 24 hours)
    • used as a damp proof insulation - application time between layers ≥ 12 hours
  • time for backfilling with soil, sand or gravel - after full drying (≥ 48 hours)
  • consumption as a primer ~ 150 ml / m2
  • consumption (undiluted) as a coating moisture insulation ~ 250 ml / m (per layer)
  • processing and substrate temperature - from + 5 C to + 30 C

Application

  • primer for solvent-free and solvent thick-layer bituminous coatings
  • primer for heat-sealable roofing felt and KSK bituminous self-adhesive insulation
  • primer applied during renovation to old bituminous insulations
  • bituminous damp insulation of parts of buildings in contact with the ground, made of concrete or waterproof concrete
