Products description

M 03 is a one-component coarse-grained mortar for repairs, puttying and leveling concrete surfaces. Also suitable for surfaces exposed to constant water load. Does not contain chloride as accelerators.

  • temperature resistance from -20 C to +80 C
  • flexural strength: after 2 days 4 N / mm 2 ; after 7 days 5.2 N / mm 2 ; after 28 days 7 N / mm 2
  • compressive strength: after 2 days 30 N / mm 2 ; after 7 days 45 N / mm 2 ; after 28 days 50 N / mm 2
  • optimal amount of water ~ 15%
  • mixture ratio ~ 3.75 l water / 25 kg
  • layer thickness from 6 to 50 mm (once from 6 to 25 mm); 100 mm with point application
  • working time ~ 45 min
  • air and substrate temperature during processing from +5 C to +30 C
  • rain resistance: after about 24 hours
  • consumption ~ 1.8 kg / m 2 / mm

  • replenishment of small- and large-scale defects in concrete structures
  • leveling concrete surfaces before laying the ceramic cladding
  • performing fillets before applying thick-layer bituminous insulation
  • Substrate for adhesive mortars (according to PN-EN 12004)
