Products description

Sika Injection-203 is a polyurethane, flexible, solvent-free, low-viscosity injection resin for permanent sealing. Cures in both dry and wet conditions; creates a flexible watertight filling and sealing.

Features

  • permanently elastic, can carry slight movements
  • thanks to its very low viscosity, it can penetrate narrow cracks> 0.2 mm wide
  • no shrinkage occurs in dry conditions (reversal of the swelling process)
  • solvent-free, environmentally friendly product, can be used in underground protection zones
  • Cured Sika Injection-203 is chemically inert
  • at low temperatures (<+10 C) can be accelerated by Sika Injection-AC20
  • can be injected as one-component products (if we do not use an accelerating additive)

Application

Sika Injection-203 is intended for the permanent, flexible sealing of dry, damp cracks in concrete, brick and natural stone. It can carry slight movements. Sika Injection-203 can be used as a caulking injection in the Sika Injectoflex System (this material cannot be re-injected). Seals cracks from which water leaks under pressure (pre-injection with Sika Injection-101-RC must be carried out).

  • Shore A hardness approx. 22 (according to PN-EN ISO 868)
  • ambient and substrate temperature when applying from +5 C to +35 C
  • storage time: product stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in appropriate conditions, it is best to use within 24 months from the date of production
  • storage conditions: store the product in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in dry conditions, at a temperature of +5 C to +35 C; protect against direct sunlight and moisture
  • 15.5 kg kit: component A 10 kg, component B 5.5 kg
