Products description

Watmat is a quick-setting mortar for setting, leveling manhole covers and repairing floors. It is pre-mixed with special silicones, cements and other additives. It is available as a ready-to-use product - to be mixed with water and is available in two variants: Watmat W - winter (at ambient temperature up to 15 C), Watmat S - summer (from 15 C). It has good adhesion to the substrate.

  • modulus of elasticity in compression 20-40 GPa
  • shrinkage after a hardening period of 90 days to 1.2 ‰
  • adhesion to the substrate, pull-off method, not subjected to frost resistance F150 from 0.5 MPa; after frost resistance test F 150 from 0.5 MPa
  • frost resistance after 150 cycles: weight loss up to 5%; decrease in bending strength up to 20%; decrease in compressive strength by up to 20%
  • chemical resistance (ASTM-267) after 28 days of immersion: in water / sodium hydroxide 10% / sulfuric acid / gasoline / mineral oil SAE 30 / xylene / methyl ethyl ketone / trichlorethylene - no visible changes
