Deformable, cement, thixotropic adhesive mortar with high parameters and extended open drying time using Low Dust technology. Especially recommended for installing glazed stoneware and large-format natural stone. Layer thickness from 3 to 15 mm.

Application

Bonding outside and inside of buildings in ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and mosaics of all types, on walls and floors, on surfaces:

traditional (plasters, cement floors, brick walls, block, etc.),
from drywall and gypsum plaster,
from existing ceramic cladding, natural stone and terrazzo, as long as they are properly prepared and firmly connected with the ground,
concrete screeds, fiber concrete, surfaces with elements in prefabricated (seasoned over 4 months),
underfloor heating underlays,
on surfaces previously sealed with Mapelastic, Mapelastic Smart, Mapegum WPS,
on deformable substrates.

Keraflex Maxi S1 can be used for laying small and large size tiles on an uneven base - without requiring prior alignment, and for fixing tiles (even large sizes) in a vertical plane without the effect of sliding them off. Keraflex Maxi S1 can also be used for fixing material in insulating materials such as polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, mineral and glass wool, Eraclit, sound-absorbing panels, etc. Thanks to the innovative Low Dust technology characterizing this adhesive, the amount of dust emitted during mixing has been drastically reduced, which significantly increased the comfort and safety of work.
