A one-component sealant based on acrylic dispersions with excellent adhesion to all porous substrates used in construction. It does not contain solvents, after curing it can be sanded and painted, also with facade paints. It has a coarse-grained structure imitating plaster texture. It is used as a filling of gaps and cracks in concrete, masonry and plaster, filling joints around wooden and metal frames, with moldings, window sills, ceilings, stairs, grouting joints with mobility up to 15%. All porous building surfaces, e.g. plaster, concrete, brick. Do not use for stone, asphalt, glass and metal.
