Products description

The SikaFuko VT-1 is an injection hose with a unique integrated valve-in system for sealing and possible resealing of working joints in watertight structures for both saline and freshwater. SikaFuko VT 1 hoses are embedded in concrete at construction joints. For sealing, they can be injected with suitable Sika injection materials, e.g. acrylic gels, microcement suspensions or polyurethane resins.

  • chemical base: yellow internal hose - PVC; yellow stripes - porous neoprene-based rubber; mesh - polyester
  • Shore A hardness: inner tube, yellow 85 3, yellow stripes 20 5 - according to DIN 53505
  • elongation at break: yellow inner hose ≥ 250%, yellow stripes ≥ 300%, mesh ≥ 30% - according to DIN 53504
  • tensile strength: yellow inner hose ≥ 14 N / mm 2 , yellow stripes ≥ 3 N / mm 2 , mesh ≥ 30 N / mm 2 - according to DIN 53504
  • storage conditions: the product stored in its original, closed packaging, in dry conditions, at a temperature of +5 C to +35 C, preferably within 48 months from the production date
  • set: 200 m SikaFuko VT 1, 10 m green PVC hose (inlet), 10 m white PVC hose (outlet), accessories - 2 m connecting pipe, 4 m heat shrink sleeve, x 50 plugs, 1 glue can, 1 roll of tape, x 800 clip in fastening
