EPS 60-039 floor is used as thermal insulation:

plinth in the BSO system
subfloor under the floor screed, small loaded
floors on the ground, small loaded
flat roof with water insulation
roof in steep under and between the rafters
terrace in and balcony in
internal ceilings between heated and unheated rooms
