Konbet - SBN prestressed concrete lintel

SBN prestressed concrete lintels are characterized by easy assembly and high functionality. They can be used not only as elements closing window and door openings in wall construction, but also in vaulted openings in door partition walls. SBN lintels eliminate the need for pouring or adding beams, which significantly speeds up the construction process.

It is an ideal solution for the client, who depends not only on time, but also on minimizing the cost in construction related to reinforcement or pouring concrete (the total cost of the lintel with assembly can be up to 30% lower when using SBN lintels).

Prestressed concrete lintels are made of high quality C40 / 50 concrete and reinforced with prestressing steel strings with a tensile strength of 2060 Mpa, thanks to which they can carry higher loads than e.g. L-19 lintels. The SBN lintel, like every prestressed concrete element, has a reverse deflection arrow. The upper surface of the lintel is rough, thanks to which we obtain adequate adhesion with the concrete of the wreath. Each declared range offered by the manufacturer has all the certificates allowing the product to be sold and used in construction.
