A fast-acting thixotropic mortar with adjustable shrinkage for surface repairs, used in a layer thickness range of 1 to 40 mm.

Application

Planitop 400 mortar is used to repair an element in reinforced concrete structures, re-profiling the front surfaces of balcony slabs, cornice, damaged corner, beams, column, local floor repairs and facets. Planitop 400 is a ready-made mortar consisting of a cement binder, a fine filler and the addition of modifying additives. The mix is prepared for use by adding water to the contents of a 25 kg bag in an amount of 3.75-4 liters. The prepared mortar should be used within 10 minutes, applying with a trowel or trowel to the load-bearing substrate, clean, free of loosely bonded parts and impurities reducing adhesion. The substrate should be moistened with water before application. The thickness of the one-off layer can be up to 40 mm. The repaired surfaces can be subjected to loads after a few hours after applying Planitop 400 mortar. Planitop 400 mortar meets the requirements of PN-EN 1504-3 standard in the scope of class R3 products intended for structural repairs.
