Two-component, quick-setting mortar for surface sealing of walls prior to structural or curtain injection, e.g. prior to injection with Koester Injektionsgel G4.

Properties

  • application with a brush or putty knife
  • can be loaded mechanically after 60 minutes
  • the consistency of the mortar changes depending on the amount of the mixing fluid
  • can be used on both horizontal and vertical surfaces
  • the high addition of plastics guarantees high adhesion strength of the mortar to the substrate
  • cures without shrinkage and stresses
  • with the Koester Turbo additive, the material can be optimally adapted to the construction requirements

  • on mineral substrates, especially when it is necessary to quickly obtain a sealing effect
  • full-surface sealing before drilling the hole for packers
  • sealing the wall with packers before injection
  • puttying concrete walls
  • mortar for facets
  • bonding bridge for mineral coatings
