Vg Orth - MultiGips Kleber Hydro waterproof gypsum adhesive

In accordance with the EN 12860 standard, the adhesive is intended for joining waterproof gypsum boards and filling wall surfaces, smoothing already plastered surfaces or even absorbent concrete surfaces and fixing elements in stucco ceilings.

Material preparation

Use only clean water and clean utensils and tools. Pour glue into a bucket of clean water in the proportions 1 (water): 1.5 (glue). After pouring the adhesive, wait until it has completely sank. Stir the adhesive using a stucco trowel or low-speed mixer. After mixing, the glue should have a thick cream consistency. Reducing or increasing the amount of water or adding adhesive can change the consistency of the adhesive.

Workflow

Spread the prepared adhesive evenly using a stucco trowel on the edges of the panels that will be in contact with the mounted panel. Excess adhesive that will flow out after tight fitting the boards, spread with a steel float over the contact surface. If ceramic tiles are to be installed on the wall, excess adhesive should be scraped off after it has hardened. The adhesive is also intended for filling the entire surface of walls made of gypsum boards. The surface must be firm, frost-free, cleaned of loosely bound particles and dust.
