Application

  • priming of mineral surfaces and old asphalt roofing membranes before laying asphalt roofing felt, including weldable roofing felt, adhesive and solvent-based asphalt compounds in road and general construction
  • making anti-corrosion coatings also on metal elements
  • maintenance of corroded concrete surfaces (the product prevents further corrosion)
  • priming of mineral wool for weldable and self-adhesive roofing papers

Technical data

  • drying time not longer than 6 hours
  • conventional viscosity at the temperature of 23 C +/- 0.5 measured with the flow cup 4: from 30 s to 150 s
  • viscosity, flow time, cup 5: 34 sec. to 46 sec
  • Flash point according to Pensky-Martens from 31 C to 40 C
  • water content ≤ 0.5%
  • application temperature from +5 C to +25 C
  • consumption about 0.3 l / m 2 , 0.9-1.2 kg / m 2 for priming mineral wool
  • compliance with the PN-B-24620: 1998 / Az1: 2004 standard
  • Technical Approval IBDiM AT / 2015-02-3187
