Products description

Single-density stone wool slab intended for the insulation of external walls of new and existing buildings using the ETICS ("light wet") method. It ensures non-flammability of the partition, excellent thermal insulation, and an appropriate microclimate thanks to the low water vapor diffusion resistance coefficient. The product is also used in the production of strips in inter-story curtain walls. The Fasoterm 35 boards are produced in the process of pulping a molten mineral and additive composition. After processing the rock fibers, they take the shape of the boards on the production line. The fiber surface is completely hydrophobic.

Assembly

The boards should be glued and fixed with a fastener to a flat and properly prepared surface of the building walls. The glue should be applied on the edges along all edges in the form of an approx. 3-5 cm roller and in 3-6 flaky points distributed evenly in the center of the board, covering at least 40% of the surface. The boards must be mechanically fastened with fasteners with a steel pin, and their number should be appropriately selected by the designer. This is most commonly 6-8 plants per square meter 2. Fasoterm 35 panels used as insulation material in the "light wet" method must be finally properly protected with layers of the system (ETICS).
