weber.tec 827 S (Superflex 40 S) is a two-component sealing resin used for sealing horizontal, vertical and sloping surfaces. Special product properties:

  • resistance to heat and frost,
  • resistance to aggressive media effects.

Application

weber.tec 827 S (Superflex 40 S) creates a flexible and tight membrane, directly under the ceramic cladding. Its areas of application are:

  • swimming pools,
  • brine and thermal pools,
  • wet rooms additionally loaded with aggressive media (kitchens in mass caterers, rooms in butchers, slaughterhouses, car workshops, etc.),
  • laboratories.

The product can also be used as a tile adhesive (after adding 3 4% by weight thickener - quartz sand) and to protect and / or seal flashings on balconies and terraces. The strip sheets must be firmly connected to the ground with dowels. Weber.tec 827 S (Superflex 40 S) can be used on:

  • concrete / reinforced concrete base,
  • traditional (cement) plasters,
  • cement screeds,
  • existing, stable ceramic cladding (glazed and unglazed),
  • ground asphalt (indoor).

Weber.tec 827 S (Superflex 40 S) resin should not be used on existing ceramic cladding in the outdoor area (e.g. balcony and terrace surfaces) that are above heated or inhabited rooms.
