Products description

Thermal protection device for single- and three-phase standard and explosion-proof (EX) motors equipped with PTC posistor temperature sensors. For motor in EX, the device must be installed outside of the explosion hazard zone.

To protect the motor from overheating, the internal relay (250 VAC / 3 A) switches in the event of a sudden change in resistance. The module sends a signal to switch off the contactor located in the motor power path. After the engine has cooled down and the switch has been reset using the Reset button or by switching off the entire system for 10-15 s, the fan can be restarted.

Note: Contactor, lamp, fuses must be purchased separately.
