Products description

The cutter is a device designed for cutting corners with dimensions 10 100 mm with a sheet thickness of 0.3 1.2 mm. The punch is intended for craftsman in, workshop in bodywork and locksmith. Before starting work, the cutter should be attached with screws to the top of the locksmith table. The size of the cut out corners is determined by means of guide rails mounted in guides with T-slots. The pressure depends on the length of the lever. Assuming that the lever is 1 m long, the operator works on the lever with a force of 80 kg, the slider of the machine exerts a pressure of about 5 tons on the cut material. To ensure proper operation of the device, the mating surfaces of the slider and guides should be lubricated with grease or machine oil.
