Foliarex - four-layer membrane Strotex Expert

Strotex Extpert four-layer highly vapor permeable membrane serving as a pre-coat for the outer roofing and as a windproofing layer.

The STROTEX EXPERT membrane is completely waterproof, protects the thermal insulation from the outside against rain or snow, and is also an excellent windproofing material for the walls of buildings in frame and skeleton constructions, as well as in log houses, building constructions in residential and industrial halls.
The product can be used in all ventilated and non-ventilated roofs, under various roofing materials (e.g. ceramic roof, concrete roof, roof sheets and bituminous shingles, etc.).

Application

• STROTEX is a diffusion-open membrane, designed as a layer of initial covering for the external roofing.
• STROTEX is also an excellent windproofing material, intended for the walls of buildings in skeletal structures.
• Thanks to the Sd factor of 0.02 m, the STROTEX membrane is used in roofs with thermal insulation up to the full height of the rafters, in which it is laid directly on the insulation.

Membrane features

• high water vapor permeability (≥ 1700 g / m2 / 24 h), thanks to which the membrane absorbs moisture and directs it through the ventilation gap to the outside
• completely waterproof, protects the thermal insulation from the outside against rain and snow
• enables installation of thermal insulation up to the full rafter height
• is a windproof material
• has UV and IR stabilizers, slowing down the aging process caused by atmospheric factor
• is equipped with a special anti-glare coating, which prevents the occurrence of light reflections
• The tape-type membrane is factory fitted with an adhesive strip, enabling quick and efficient joining of overlaps during roof installation
