Tefond HP is an extruded high density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane with a mechanical edge-joining system and two elastomer-bitumen seals.

Protection of road structures

Due to the high strength, the material in the Tefond HP components is a system that can be used on large construction sites. This product combines four characteristics: protection, mechanical water tightness, dehydration and soil stabilization.

Sealing and drainage of road structures

There are more and more frequent demands for protection in surface and ground against contaminants flowing from the road and seeping through the surface into the ground. Tefond PLUS and Tefond HP are ideal materials for sealing road structures.

Tunnel renovation

When renovating existing tunnels, Tefond HP is laid between the old damaged structure and the new concrete jacket. Tefond HP protects the entire structure against chemical agents present in groundwater, completely seals and prevents counteracting of concrete and drains the collected water to drainage pipes located on the sides of the tunnel.
