Solvent-free, siloxane-based liquid resin which, when dissolved in water, transforms into a water-retaining microemulsion, thereby creating a highly effective horizontal barrier to stop the rising of moisture in the walls. The product is used as a damp-proof layer injected by gravity or under pressure, suitable for all types of external and internal masonry, which is affected by rising moisture.
