Products description

A one-component material based on acrylic resin, applied with a brush, roller or spray gun. It has been specially designed to be used as a binding agent to improve the adhesion of cement mortars to concrete floors. It reduces the porosity of the substrate, prevents the formation of holes, air bubbles and quick drying of self-leveling mortars on an absorbent substrate.

  • sealing surfaces with high absorption or high porosity
  • binding agent for Maxroad mortars, screeds (Maxrite -S and Maxmorter Floor) and other mortars for flooring
  • as a primer for internal and external surfaces before applying any cement-epoxy or cement-based self-leveling Maxlevel or Maxflow mortars
