Application

Foam is an excellent product suitable for installation and assembly works both inside and outside rooms. The foam has excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, plaster, metals, wood, polystyrene, paper, paint coatings and plastics (except for polyethylene, Teflon, silicone).

  • base polyurethane resin, propellant gas - propane / isobutane
  • bulk density: pistol about 23 kg / m 3 ; tube about 25 kg / m 3
  • application temperature from –10 C to +35 C
  • surface drying time approx. 6–12 min at +23 C / 50% RH
  • hardening time: approx. 20 h at the temperature of –5 C, approx. 8 h at the temperature of +20 C
  • pre-treatment time approx. 30 min for a 2 cm layer at +23 C / 50% RH
  • water absorption after 24 hours of partial immersion: pistol approx. ≤ 2.0 kg / m 2 ; tubular approx. ≤ 2.0 kg / m 2
  • compressive stresses at 10% relative deformation, pistol approx. 20 kPa, hose approx. 20 kPa
  • tensile strength perpendicular, pistol approx. ≥ 75 kPa, tubular approx. ≥ 75 kPa
  • shear strength of about ≥ 100 kPa
  • foam adhesion depending on the material at +35 C: aluminum, wood, PVC ≤ 70; concrete ≥ 100
  • temperature resistance from -40 C to +80 C (after hardening)
  • dimension stability in 5%
  • acoustic insulation ≤ 63 dB (certificate from the Rosenheim institute)
  • air permeability class 4 (1200 Pa)
  • al łczynnik air infiltration and <0.1 m 3 / (mh daPa 2/3) (1200 Pa)
  • water resistance class E 1200
  • packaging efficiency: pistol, about 31 dm 3 ; pipe, about 33 dm 3 - depending on the conditions for rising foam
