Products description

Ceresit CD 25 is a fine-grained, one-component mortar for leveling concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces, filling cavities and damaged areas. The range of application is from 5 to 30 mm. CD 25 can be used both on vertical and horizontal surfaces, inside and outside buildings. The mortar can be applied manually and mechanically. The mortar can be used for concrete above C12 / 15.

- Base: cement with mineral fillers and high-quality, powdered resin,
- Grain size: 0 2.5 mm,
- Mixing ratio: approx. 3-3.25 l of water per 25 kg,
- Pre-ripening time: approx. 3 min,
- Wear time: approx. 30 min,
- Application temperature: from +5 C to +30 C,
- Shrinkage after 28 days: 0.06%,
- Modulus of elasticity under compression: 15 GPa,
- Compressive strength after 28 days: 35 MPa,
- Flexural strength after 28 days: 8.0 MPa,
- Adhesion to concrete with a bonding layer, after 28 days: 1.5 MPa,
- Temperature resistance after binding: from -50 C to +70 C
- Rain resistance: after about 24 hours,
- Approximate consumption: approx. 2 kg / m2 / 1 mm thick,
- Packaging: 25 kg,
- Number on the pallet: 42 pieces,
