Jarocin insulation - Jarlep asphalt GM solution

JARLEP GM is a homogeneous black liquid solution for cold use without heating. Thanks to the use of high-quality asphalt, solvent and synthetic rubber, the solution has a wide range of applications and excellent performance parameters:

• reduced solution consumption per m2 of substrate - from 0.2 - 0.6 l / m2 depending on the type and condition of the substrate,
• more than twice as high performance, especially at reduced temperatures, which significantly reduces consumption;
• ability to dry quickly in up to 30 minutes at +23 C, which speeds up construction work;
• twice the depth of penetration deep into the primed substrate;
• significantly increased adhesion to all substrates found in construction;
• consistency facilitating spreading, which reduces the burden of work and the consumption of the solution;
• increased resistance to frost cracking, thanks to the use of synthetic rubber in;

Destiny

• priming new and old, refurbished concrete substrates before covering with weldable roofing felt; lightweight moisture insulation of foundations and foundation benches as well as balcony and terrace in;
• priming old roofing sheets in case of renovation;
• priming the element in metal, sheet metal, planks, roofing before covering with welding paper;
• priming all building substrates for self-adhesive roofing felt;
• impregnation and priming of wooden and wood-based substrates (chipboards, OSB) for heat-sealable roofing felt;
• insulation of manure plates, slurry tank, process water tank, concrete coil, septic tanks, etc .;
• anti-corrosive protection of steel structures, also galvanized;
• painting metal, wooden and concrete fences

Method of use

The solution is applied to a dry, cleaned from loose dirt, rust, etc. substrate with a roofing brush, brush, roller or spray. Optimal application temperature - above +5 C. On cooler days, to facilitate spreading the solution on the surface and reduce specific consumption, the packaging with JARLEP GM should be stored for 24 hours in a heated room before use.
