Ceresit CT 48 is intended for securing façades, concrete structures and interiors. It can cover mineral substrates (concrete, cement, cement-lime and lime plasters) that have not been painted before. The paint can be used to paint mineral Ceresit plasters: CT 35, CT 36 and CT 137, acrylic Ceresit: CT 60, CT 63, CT 64, silicate Ceresit: CT 72, CT 73 and silicone Ceresit: CT 74, CT 75 made on traditional surfaces and included in seamless Ceresit systems for external building wall insulation (BSO) with the use of foamed polystyrene boards. The structure of the coating ensures rapid evaporation of moisture from the substrate, and at the same time provides effective protection against moisture from the outside. The binder used in the CT 48 paint causes the pearlizing effect of water after wetting the coating. The use of CT 48 in historic buildings, renovation and aerated plasters and on all surfaces where high aesthetics and durability of the coating are required is particularly recommended. Facades covered with paint CT 48 can be washed using washers under low pressure. The heating of the facade causes harmful stresses, which is why dark colors should only be used on small areas, e.g. architectural details.
