One-component, universal, transparent adhesive and sealing material with good initial tack, intended for bonding and sealing most common construction substrates. It can be used indoors and outdoors.

Application

A product used for gluing various elements inside and outside to materials such as ceramics, most types of stone, concrete, wood, metals, glass, PVC. Sealing material around glued elements.

  • Shore A hardness (after 28 days) approx. 48 (according to PN-EN ISO 868)

  • elongation at break approx. 400% (according to PN-ISO 37)
  • tear propagation resistance about 4.0 N / mm (according to PN-ISO 34)
  • operating temperature from -40 C to +70 C
  • efficiency of one cartridge (290 ml): about 100 drops - dimension diameter = 30 mm; height = 4 mm; approx. 15 m path diameter of the nozzle = 5 mm (~ 20 ml per running meter)
  • drainage (profile 20 mm, 23 C) 0 mm (according to PN-EN ISO 7390)
  • substrate and ambient temperature during application from +5 C to +40 C
  • curing speed (23 C / 50% relative humidity) approx. 3 mm / 24 h (according to CQP 049-2)
  • skinning time (23 C / 50% relative humidity) approx. 10 min (according to CQP 019-1)
  • storage conditions: the product should be stored in dry conditions at a temperature between +5 C and +25 C, in factory-sealed, undamaged packages; best to use within 12 months from production date
  • packaging: 290 ml cartridge, 12 cartridges in a box
