Products description

TECLIT AT is a one - sided aluminum tape , reinforced with a glass fiber mesh, designed for gluing insulation joints with aluminum foil on piping. It ensures tightness of connections and protects the insulation against the risk of condensation.

Application

TECLIT AT aluminum tape is part of the complete TECLIT system, which is used to insulate steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic installations as well as steel element in fittings, operating at temperatures from 0 C to 250 C. Thanks to the reinforcement layer and very good adhesion , the tape is characterized by high resistance to tearing, abrasion and high temperatures, and the adhesive bond strengthens over time. The tape perfectly seals joints between adjacent TECLIT insulation elements and longitudinal joints in TECLIT PS coverings. TECLIT AT aluminum tape should be installed at temperatures from +10 C to +25 C. The consumption of TECLIT AT aluminum tape, depending on the pipeline diameter, insulation thickness and complexity of the installation, corresponds to 2-3 times the length of the insulated pipeline.
