Mortar 460 is intended for making the final finishing layer in the KREISEL concrete repair system. Mortar 460 is intended for application on mortar 456. It can also be a repair layer with slight damage in the field of its application from 1 to 10 mm (directly on the mortar layer 451) or as a primer for additional decorative surface finish (painting). After mixing with water, it forms a plastic mass that easily spreads on the ground. It is characterized by low shrinkage, high adhesion and flexibility as well as a rapid increase in mechanical strength. The system enables the repair of concrete and reinforced concrete elements damaged under the influence of mechanical, physical and chemical factors (causing concrete damage and steel corrosion). It is suitable for repairing elements such as balconies, terraces, brackets, columns, lintels, etc. It can also be used for local repair and removal of concrete surface defects (e.g. cavities, crayfish, caverns). This mortar is water and frost resistant.
