Schiedel Quadro Pro is an air-flue gas system for removing flue gas from oil and gas-fired appliances in residential construction. Dedicated to boilers in condensing up to 30 kW - including those working in excess pressure, as well as the boiler with a closed combustion chamber.

Building

The Schiedel Quadro Pro chimney consists of thin-walled internal cables, spacers and a housing made of expanded clay concrete.

The blocks are made of expanded clay concrete with a density of 1150 kg / m ³ , combined with cement-lime mortar. In the hollow corners, if necessary, steel reinforcing bars are inserted to secure the entire outer structure.

Internal profiles are made of thin-walled ceramics made in isostatic pressing technology. They are connected with Rotempo mass. They are characterized by very low water absorption, smooth surface and high resistance to corrosive agents.
