FAST EXTRA adhesive mortar is a dry mineral mix, modified with synthetic polymers, frost- and water-resistant with increased flexibility and adhesion suitable for deformable substrates. FAST EXTRA thanks to its properties is ideal for gluing ceramic and terracotta tiles, facade and clinker tiles on various substrates inside and outside the building (concrete, hollow bricks, brick, cement, cement-lime plasters, drywall). Due to high flexibility it is recommended for gluing glaze on heated floors and porcelain stoneware tiles on the above mentioned substrates inside the building. Technical data: - Mixing proportions: about 5.20-5.35 l of water per 25 kg of dry matter, - Ready for use: from 3 to 3.5 hours, - Open work time: about 25 minutes, - Substrate temperature and ambient: from + 5 ° C to + 25 ° C, - Temperature resistance: from -20 ° C to + 60 ° C - Minimum and maximum layer thickness: from 2 to 10 mm, - Adhesion: minimum 1.00 MPa, - Grouting: after a minimum of 48 hours, - Consumption: 2-4 kg / m2 (practical consumption depends on the evenness of the substrate and the type of tiles), - Bag: 25 kg, - Pallet: 1050 kg in 25 kg bags (42 pcs.) , - Efficiency: Example of efficiency from 25 kg of dry mass when gluing tiles: - 5 mm comb around 12 m2, - 10 mm comb around 6 m2.
