Thermalint has been specially designed to protect water installations against freezing.It is a fully automated heating unit with a built-in thermostat for heating fixed pipe lengths from 1m to 61m. Thermalint installs quickly and in combination with Thermaflex insulation is the definitive response to freezing of water installations. Thermalint is suitable for water installations both indoors and outdoors. Takes only 16W / m when the thermostat is on. The thermostat switches on automatically when the temperature drops to + 3o, then the cable will heat the installation. When the temperature returns to + 7o the thermostat will switch off automatically. Thermalint should only be connected to a grounded power plug (220 V, 50 Hz). Thermalint is a ready-to-install product. The thermostat is mounted in the coldest place of the pipe, after which the heating cable is attached along the installation or spirally around the pipe with the help of electro-PVC tape.

If the heating cable or power cord is damaged, do not install or repair it yourself!
Do not use a cable for pipes with a temperature above +95 C. For optimal protection against pipe freezing, use Thermalint in combination with Thermaflex insulation.
