Products description

Mainly intended as thermal insulation for pitched roofs. Powerroof is a thermal insulation board with a polyisocyanurate foam core. The plate is covered on both sides with corrugated aluminum foil with a thickness of 50, on its upper side during installation it is necessary to apply a vapor-permeable foil. The boards are finished all around with a groove.

  • compressive strength CS (10 / Y) 150 according to EN826: at min. 150 kPa - 10% deformation,
  • resistance to r uniform load: DLT (2) 5 according to EN 1605 at 40 kPa at 70 C within 168 h ≤5%,
  • cladding: aluminum about 50
  • dimensional stability: DS (TH) 8 according to EN 1604
    • water absorption after 48h 70 C, 90% HR
    • length deviation ≤ 2%
    • width deviation ≤ 2%
    • deviation in thickness ≤ 6%,
  • resistance to water vapor transmission: 50-100,
  • fire class:
    • Euroclass B s2 d0 (final translation),
    • Euroclass D s2 d0 (as a stand-alone product),
  • water absorption: WL (T) 2 according to EN 12087: <2%.
