The filter is made of a plastic called Itamid 35. The structure of the filter allows for the assembly of its components and for embedding and stabilizing the entire filter in the concrete platform slab, as well as self-clamping connection of the filter tube with the outlet tube and gluing these elements with epoxy resin. A drain suitable for drainage of waterproofing concrete decks of all types of bridge structures. It can be used both in the case of renovation or modernization of the platform drainage system on the old bridge structure, as well as for the construction of new deck plates.

Products description

A polyamide filter used to drain the waterproofing of a bridge deck into a bridge structure. It can be used for making new deck plates, but also for renovation or modernization of the deck drainage system on an old bridge structure. The polyamide material used in the production of the filter is resistant to long-term contact with bitumen and to temperatures up to 230 C (503 K), thanks to which it is possible to place and compact hot mineral-bituminous mixtures directly on it. The structure of the filter enables its elements to be installed in its components and the whole filter can be embedded and stabilized in the concrete platform slab.
