Vysokoteplotní lepidlo Grena - Klebepaste

KLEBAPASTE universal adhesive withstands high temperatures up to 1200 C. Klebepaste is an inorganic adhesive which does not emit any gas or flammable substances under the influence of high temperatures. The glue dissolves in water, so the connected elements should be protected against water.

Method of use

• before use, mix the glue well, the glue in the bag must "mix",
• both surfaces to be joined should be clean, dry, dust and grease free,
• glue should be used at temperatures above 10 C,
• the thickness of the applied adhesive depends on the type of joined materials, on average 1-1.8 kg / m2,
• The adhesive curing time depends on the surface, type of bonded material and the amount of adhesive applied (at 20 ° C, the adhesive will harden after 12 hours).

After applying the adhesive with a notched trowel on one of the joined surfaces, press lightly on the other, dry surface. Then, lightly press both surfaces together with circular movements to evenly distribute the adhesive and avoid gaps. Press the joined materials for about 3 minutes. In case of applying too thick a layer of glue, remove its excess with a "notched trowel". The glue has the right consistency already in the package, it is enough to slightly knead the bag and the glue is ready for immediate use.
