Weber.tec 822 (Superflex 1) is suitable for seamless and seamless sealing of surfaces in wet and humid rooms before laying ceramic tiles (e.g. tiles). This preparation is mainly used where very high water tightness is required, e.g. showers, bathrooms, toilets, laundries, dye shops, etc. In addition, this preparation is suitable for sealing screeds with a slope on terraces and balconies and for sealing surfaces under adhesive ceramic cladding . If Superflex 1 is used above the rooms below, proper roof layers (vapor barrier, intermediate sealing, etc.) are required. All substrates are suitable for all mineral substrates, wall materials containing gypsum (drywall, drywall, gypsum board) , plasters with added gypsum) and heated screeds (floor heating). Surfaces in contact with the ground should be sealed against ground water (horizontal seal). Porous and crayfish surfaces should be smoothed with e.g. Deitermann KM Flex, Deitermann KM Flex + Fix. Together with Deitermann KM Flex gray / white, Deitermann KM Flex + Fix gray / white Superflex 1 is an officially tested and tested sealing and pouring system in wet and humid rooms. When using Superflex 1 film in group II and III moisture load, surfaces subjected to periodic and direct moisture should have at least a 2% decrease. For group I moisture loads there is no such requirement. Superflex 1 is not suitable for sealing in swimming pools and places permanently under water.

Application

weber.tec 822 is designed for making flexible, seamless seals under ceramic and stone tile cladding.
