Products description

Maxrite is a fast-setting structural repair mortar. It is modified with microsilicates and polymers, reinforced with fibers and contains anti-corrosion inhibitors. It is available as a one-component cement-based product to be mixed only with water. In particular, it is used to repair high-quality structural concrete that is exposed to an aggressive environment. Provides additional protection for steel reinforcement. Maxrite has thixotropic properties, allowing the repair of both old and new concrete - without the need for preliminary work.

Maxrite is available in two variants:

Maxrite 500 - with a short setting time
Maxrite 700 - with extended setting time

Application

repair of defects in concrete, caused by impacts, subsidence of the structure, overloads, environmental influences (carbonation, corrosion of steel bars in reinforcement, reactions between acids and aggregate)
prevention of corrosion caused by chlorides and other aggressive corrosive agents - thanks to anti-corrosion inhibitors
protection against corrosion the rod in the reinforcement and damage after freezing and thawing cycles - thanks to water resistance
possibility of application with pneumatic agents or pumps - thanks to the appropriate setting time (Maxrite 700)

Due to the high adhesion to concrete and the bar in the reinforcement, the stresses are transferred to the repaired structure. Maxrite is characterized by high mechanical parameters and impact resistance, thanks to which long-term repairs are ensured.
