STYRPAPA sandwich panels are EPS 100 - 038 ROOF-FLOOR expanded polystyrene boards, coated on one side or both sides with roofing felt on glass veils of the type P64 / 1200 or P-100/1200. They are designed for thermal insulation of flat roofs. They can be laid on the following types of substrates: concrete, flat, cement mortar, trapezoidal sheets, existing roofing STYRPAPA boards are attached to the base (depending on its type) using mechanical fasteners (concrete, wooden bases, trapezoidal sheets) or with the use of adhesives intended for gluing foamed polystyrene (concrete and tar paper) approved for use in construction. The adhesive should be applied directly to the surface. The substrate surfaces should form an even plane. In the case of mineral (concrete and cement mortar) and tar surfaces, it is recommended to prime the surface with bituminous agents that do not destructively affect foam. STYRPAPA panels can be prepared in the form of sloping panels, enabling the desired shape of the roof slope. In addition, they have a projection of the top layer of roofing felt beyond the edge of the board with a value of 5 cm, constituting the assembly plant.
