Mortar 451 is intended for making the contact layer (adhesive bridge) and corrosion protection in the KREISEL concrete repair system. The layer should not be thicker than 3mm. It is a tack mortar between the concrete or reinforced concrete element being repaired and repair mortar 456 or mortar 460. It facilitates further repair work and increases the adhesion of subsequent applied system layers. Due to high carbonation resistance, it properly protects reinforcing steel against corrosion. It is characterized by high adhesion to concrete and reinforcing steel as well as flexibility. The system allows the repair of concrete, reinforced concrete damaged under the influence of mechanical or corrosive factors. This mortar is water and frost resistant.
